From navigating his own life storms to standing on global stages, Morris is living proof that strength emerges when faith is tested.
Truth: Speaking from lived experience.
Service: Helping others find and walk in their purpose.
Authenticity: Every word and action is real.
Empowerment: Helping others to own their voice and wear their crown.
Morris's life was marked by hardship from the very beginning. Growing up in a rough neighborhood, he faced challenges that would have broken most people. At an early age, he lost two sons, a devastating blow that no parent should ever have to endure. This loss would haunt him throughout his life, but it would also become a driving force for change.
His academic journey was equally challenging. Morris struggled in school and faced academic setbacks. Many people around him believed he would amount to nothing, but little did they know the resilience that lay within him.
As he entered his teenage years, Morris found himself entangled in the world of street gangs. Desperate for a sense of belonging and a way to cope with his overwhelming grief, he made choices that led him down a dangerous path. Criminal activities became a part of his life, and he adopted a lifestyle that seemed destined for destruction.
The tragedies didn't stop there. Morris faced the loss of his 2 Sons, mother, sister, brother, father, and Wife leaving him with a profound sense of loneliness and despair. His personal life also took a toll as he navigated the complexities of relationships and family dynamics.
Despite the darkness that surrounded him, Morris always held onto a glimmer of hope. It was during his lowest moments that he stumbled upon a turning point. He encountered people who believed in his potential, who saw his troubled past and recognized his capacity for change.
The support of mentors and friends allowed Morris to transform his life. He distanced himself from the criminal world and embraced a new path focused on personal growth and positive change. It was a long and arduous journey, but Morris was determined to rewrite his story.

We run motivational workshops in schools and universities all over the UK. It was my pleasure to invite Morris "The Connector" Lothian into several of my schools. From the very start of his workshop, he has the ability to capture their imaginations. He has met some of the world's most famous celebrities and yet has kept his feet on solid ground. His life's journey is filled with life skills and he weaves his personality into the storytelling.
I've taken Morris into Pupil Referral Units to motivate hard-to-reach pupils and he has connected with them with ease. They identify with him as he identifies with them.
